Editing the Resource Usage Limits

While performing various tasks in Plesk clients use resources. For each client the administrator can limit each specific resource usage. To edit the client’s resource limits:

  1. Click the Limits button on the Client Home page. The Client limits page will appear containing the list of resource limit types. At this page you can:

    • Limit maximum number of domains
    • Limit maximum number of subdomains
    • Limit total disk space
    • Limit the amount of traffic available to the client
    • Limit maximum number of web users
    • Limit maximum number of databases
    • Limit maximum number of mailboxes
    • Limit maximum number of mail redirects
    • Limit maximum number of mail groups
    • Limit maximum number of autoresponders
    • Limit maximum number of mailing lists
    • Limit maximum number of tomcat web applications

  2. To set a limit value for a specific resource, uncheck the corresponding "Unlimited" checkbox and enter the value into the corresponding input field.

    NOTE

    The total limit on resources for the client must be more or equal to the total sum of the domain limits defined for the client.

  3. At this page you can also set the period of validity for the given client account. To this effect, uncheck the corresponding "Unlimited" checkbox, and define the desired date of account expiration in the Validity period field.

  4. When you are done editing, click Update. Clicking Up will discard all changes you made and return you to the previous page.
